The 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) was successfully convened, marking an important milestone in Bepharco’s ongoing development journey. In alignment with the Company’s strategic direction and long-term vision for the next phase of growth, shareholders approved the election of additional members to the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term, while also endorsing key appointments within the Executive Management Team.

At the Meeting, shareholders elected Mr. Tran Dinh Van as Chairman of the Board of Directors. With his strategic vision and extensive experience in corporate governance, Mr. Tran is expected to lead the Company confidently through its next stage of development and growth.

Supporting the new Chairman, the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term has been further strengthened by the addition of highly qualified professionals with extensive expertise and proven leadership capabilities:
• Mr. Phan Nhat Thanh – Member of the Board of Directors
• Mr. Pham Hong Ha – Member of the Board of Directors
• Ms. Le Thi Hoang Han – Member of the Board of Directors
• Ms. Tran Ngo Minh Anh – Member of the Board of Directors

In parallel with the enhancement of the Board’s governance structure, the Company has also strengthened its Executive Management Team to reinforce operational excellence and execution capabilities. Specifically:
• Mr. Nguyen Khac Hanh has been officially appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Ms. Tran Ngo Minh Anh has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO).

Drawing on extensive leadership experience gained at leading corporations, hospitals, and pharmaceutical enterprises, the newly strengthened leadership team is expected to bring fresh momentum and drive transformative growth across the organization. Guided by an innovative mindset and a strong commitment to excellence, the new leadership team will continue to uphold Bepharco’s core values while steering the Company toward new achievements and delivering sustainable value to its customers, partners, and shareholders.
