Probiotic

As preparations containing beneficial microorganisms, when taken to improve the balance of the intestinal flora and benefit the health of the user. Probiotics are also known as probiotics. In the large intestine of a healthy person there are many types of bacteria that reside here, in addition to pathogenic bacteria, there are also beneficial bacteria (beneficial bacteria). The beneficial bacteria help digest food well, create a balanced ecosystem in the intestinal tract and protect the large intestine. The addition of probiotics to improve intestinal resistance is necessary, especially after an episode of digestive disorders.

Note: Do not use probiotics in cases of acute pancreatitis, bowel surgery. Do not mix probiotics in boiling water. After mixing, you should drink it immediately, do not leave it for too long, it will cause microorganisms to die and have no effect.

Digestive enzymes

Also known as enzymes secreted by the body's own glands (pancreas, salivary glands ...) to digest and absorb food (cutting food into small particles to be absorbed into the bloodstream) . Digestive enzymes have the function of helping the body break down large pieces of food into small pieces of food and gradually into nutritional molecules such as simple sugars, amino acids, and fatty acids for the body to absorb. Therefore, digestive enzymes are a tool to help the body regain strength during periods of weakness and not being able to digest food on its own.

Usage: It is prescribed by the doctor for patients with a lack of digestive enzymes such as: People with food poisoning, often stressed, people who use alcohol for a long time, patients taking drugs (especially antibiotics), people with constipation stomach, indigestion, diarrhea…

Time of use: Take with meals or immediately after meals. Use for a short time, do not use more than 10 days.

Note: Not to be used with antacids (medicines for inflammation - stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers in general) because it will neutralize the effect of enzymes.

Can probiotics and digestive enzymes be used together?

In fact, probiotics and digestive enzymes have a practical aid in the treatment of digestive diseases. The doctor may prescribe both of these enzymes at the same time if the patient is deficient in both. Improper use or abuse of any yeast will have potential adverse health risks. Therefore, it is best for patients to use it only when necessary or under the guidance of medical staff.
