Dosage:
The recommended dose is 1 tablet daily. The maximum dose is 1 tablet per day. In general, fixed-dose combination products are not suitable for initial therapy.
Lisonorm Mezo is only indicated in patients whose optimal maintenance doses of lisinopril and amlodipine have been titrated to 20 mg lisinopril and 5 mg amlodipine.
If a dose adjustment is required, dose titration with the individual components may be considered.
Administration
Oral use.
Since food does not affect drug absorption, Lisonorm Mezo can be administered independent of meals, i.e., before, during, or after a meal.
Storage:
Store below 30°C.

24 months from the date of manufacture.
