Dosage and administration:
Adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older: One 5 mg film-coated tablet, once daily.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: One 5 mg film-coated tablet, once daily.
Children aged 2 to 6 years: This formulation is not recommended since it does not allow for appropriate dose adjustment. A pediatric formulation of levocetirizine should be used. Levocetirizine is not recommended for infants and children under 2 years of age.
Elderly: Dose adjustment is recommended in elderly patients with moderate to severe renal impairment.
