Administration:
Typically administered orally, with timing not dependent on meals.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 60 mg twice daily or 180 mg once daily.
Patients with renal impairment: Adults and children over 12 years with renal impairment or those on hemodialysis: 60 mg once daily.
Patients with hepatic impairment: No dosage adjustment necessary.

Precautions:
Use Fexofenadine with caution in individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular risks.
Patients should be advised not to take any other antihistamines while on Fexofenadine.

Caution is advised for elderly patients and those with renal impairment.
Contains lactose; not suitable for patients with rare hereditary conditions such as galactose intolerance, severe lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Use in Pregnancy and Lactation:
Pregnancy: Fexofenadine hydrochloride should not be used unless necessary.
Lactation: Not recommended for breastfeeding women, as the drug has been shown to be excreted in breast milk.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct light, at temperatures below 30°C.
