Dosage and Administration:
Treatment of H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer:
Adults: Take 2 tablets in combination with 250 mg metronidazole and 500 mg tetracycline hydrochloride, four times daily for 10–14 days. Administer concurrently with 150 mg ranitidine twice daily or a proton pump inhibitor at the standard dose once or twice daily.
For diarrhea/dyspepsia:
Adults and children ≥16 years: Take 2 tablets every 30–60 minutes as needed; or 4 tablets every hour if required, not exceeding 16 tablets within 24 hours. Continue treatment until diarrhea stops, but not for more than 2 days. Alternatively, 4 tablets may be taken every 30 minutes to 1 hour as needed, not exceeding 16 tablets per 24 hours. Self-medication should not exceed 2 consecutive days.
Administration: For oral use. Chew the tablets or allow them to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
Storage:
• Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
Expiration date:
36 months from the date of manufacture.
