Children 7-12 years old (23kg-37kg): 10-15 ml, every 4 to 6 hours.

Children 1-7 years old (10kg-23kg): 5-10 ml, every 4 to 6 hours.

Children 3-12 months old (5.5kg-10kg): 2.5-5 ml every 4 to 6 hours.

Adults: 15-25 ml, every 4 to 6 hours.

Children under 3 months old: consult a doctor
