Ben Tre Pharmaceutical leaders bought 1 million shares of DBT

Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX) has just announced the results of stock trading of leaders of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical JSC (Bepharco, ticker symbol: DBT).

Accordingly, Mr. Pham Thu Trieu, General Director cum member of the Board of Directors has just bought 700,000 shares to increase his ownership from 7.7% to 12.6% of charter capital.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Hanh, Deputy General Director also just bought 300,000 more shares to raise ownership from 0.2% to 2.3% of charter capital, the transaction was done through agreement from May 13 to June 13.

During the above transactions, this stock averaged at VND 15,000/share. Thus, temporarily calculated according to the above level, Mr. Trieu will have to spend about 10.5 billion VND, and Mr. Hanh will have to spend about 4.5 billion VND to make the above transaction.

At the end of the session on June 14, this stock dropped for the last 3 consecutive sessions to 15,750 VND. Notably, DBT stock has just had 6 ceiling gains after the news that it was allowed to import the Covid-19 vaccine. Specifically, each session above increased in the range of 850 - 1,250 VND/share, bringing this stock to 18,350 VND/share.

In 2021, Ben Tre Pharmaceutical sets a target of consolidated revenue of VND 918.2 billion, profit before and after tax of VND 23.5 billion and VND 19.4 billion, respectively. Expected dividend rate of 20%, paid in cash or shares, of which at least 7% in cash.
