In the final week of March, all branch Deputy Directors and Sales Supervisors of Bepharco Group underwent training in Field Coaching skills.

The training sessions conveyed content closely related to daily tasks and provided numerous new skills to positively contribute to each member's upcoming work.

The journey ahead will present many challenges, requiring greater unity and solidarity from all Bepharco Group staff.
