The conference was chaired by Prof. Dr. Pham Manh Hung, currently the Director of the National Institute of Cardiology, Bach Mai Hospital, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Duy Ton, currently the Director of the Stroke Center, Bach Mai Hospital.

The latest knowledge, research, and advanced treatment methods on the topic of neuroprotection and cardiovascular care were updated by the presenters, Dr. Pham Tran Linh - Head of Department C5, National Institute of Cardiology, Bach Mai Hospital, and Dr. Dao Viet Phuong - Deputy Director of the Stroke Center, Bach Mai Hospital.
