Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Bepharco) with stock code DBT plans to buy more shares of Yen Bai Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

According to the plan, the company will buy an additional 157,610 shares, equivalent to 3.7% of the charter capital of Yen Bai Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

The expected purchase price is not more than 13,000 VND/share and the amount to buy additional shares is not more than 2 billion VND.

Before that, Bepharco owned nearly 3.5 million shares, equivalent to 82.2% of the charter capital of Yen Bai Pharmaceutical.

Therefore, after successfully buying more, Bepharco will own more than 3.6 million shares, equivalent to 85.9% of charter capital.

On June 2, Ben Tre Pharmaceutical was one of the units announced by the Drug Administration of Vietnam, the Ministry of Health, to be competent to import, trade and preserve COVID-19 vaccines.

Currently, DBT stock is actively trading with many ceiling gain sessions. At the closing session on June 17th, this stock hit the ceiling price at 17,000 VND/unit.
