In early July, Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company successfully organized a training program for "mid-level leaders" to build the next team in the process of developing Bepharco into the Top 5 Pharmaceutical distributor companies in Vietnam.

On 2022 July 07, Bepharco's "middle leaders" attended the training course "Proactive Leadership" in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa.
