The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has adopted the designation of September 25 every year as World Pharmacists Day. With the aim of encouraging activities that promote and support the role of pharmacists in improving health everywhere, it can be said to be an opportunity for the pharmaceutical industry to celebrate its achievements in supporting society, and also to highlight the value and potential in improving health.
World Pharmacists Day 2023 with the theme "Pharmacists strengthen health systems" aims to raise awareness of pharmacists as a smart solution for health services to meet the future needs of health systems worldwide in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. FIP's mission for World Pharmacists Day 2023 is clear: "Let the pharmaceutical industry do more."
